How to use DISOLACT® lactase drops?

You want less lactose in your milk? Use more drops and/or let the milk longer rest before use.

DISOLACT® lactase drops do not work properly in sour products as yoghurt and curds. For this we recommend the use of DISOLACT® lactase capsules.
FCC value
DISOLACT® lactase drops contain 2500 FCC lactase per drop. However DISOLACT® lactase drops contain an other type of lactase than the DISOLACT® lactase capsules. DISOLACT® lactase drops are harvested from the yeast Klyveromyces lactis. Because of this the DISOLACT® lactase drops can not be used in a sour environment as the stomach, curds and yoghurt.
For direct use we recommend the DISOLACT® lactase capsules.
Diabetics
Be aware: DISOLACT® lactase drops digest the lactose into galactose and glucose. Keep in mind when using milk again that you have to monitor your sugar values carefully.
